The Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program: Preparatory Apprenticeship is a short-term, preliminary program designed to assist highly qualified women (21 years of age or older) who are interested in joining the formal Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program in order to maximize chances for success in the first few months working as a licensed courtesan in a legal Nevada brothel by apprenticing with an experienced mentor.
Applications
Upon application receipt, Erotica Sinica will send email notification regarding application status, and—for those whose applications are accepted—arrangements will be made to schedule the initial interview.

Clerical Assistance
Many new courtesans often struggle to quickly acclimate to the work, particularly in navigating the unique schedule, sales fluctuations, personal boundaries, and social isolation. These sessions act as a buffer to predictable impediments to sustainability.
Guidance Sessions
Apprentices benefit from having assistance in applying for a brothel as well as a courtesan license, setting up and keeping up with emails, social media, keeping an encrypted sales ledger, and assembling website profile information (i.e. bio and photos on a brothel website).
Preparatory Assignments
Erotica Sinica will assign work in the form of Mandarin language study and reading sessions, which help prepare apprentices to transition into the formal Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program.
Supplies
Erotica Sinica will provide brothel session supplies along with a list of recommended items to purchase.
On-Site Personalized Training
With a maximum of two apprentices on board at once, training is catered to the individual, with the ability to work alongside a mentor who is currently in the formal Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program itself. Apprentices will receive training in negotiation strategies, client correspondence, health, and safety.

Candidates may apply at [this link]. Once a candidate submits her application, she will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email within five business days from sylinqbuh@eroticasinica.com to schedule an initial interview with a link to the video call.
Initial Interview
After scheduling a video meeting to assess the suitability of the candidate for the program, Erotica Sinica will send an email within five business days with instructions to move forward (if the candidate is deemed suitable) or to thank the applicant for applying if the candidate is deemed unsuitable for the Preparatory Apprenticeship.
Scheduling Details
The applicant will coordinate with the Erotica Sinica central office to determine a travel and tour schedule. Erotica Sinica will, at this point, provide details pertaining to deposit pricing as well as tuition and more details about services offered.
Background Check
Erotica Sinica will require applicants to submit a background check at their expense through a reputable and secure third-party service. Payment will occur either directly through the service itself or through an invoice to be sent to the applicant with a link to provide payment. Upon successful payment processing, a background check will transpire. If the applicant fails the background check, the application process will terminate.
Brothel Application
Upon background check clearance, Erotica Sinica will send further instructions regarding the application process for the brothel. Upon the brothel’s application acceptance, brothel management will likely require their own interview with the candidate. Should the interview prove successful, specific tour dates can then solidify.
Meeting: Scheduling Travel Dates
This will be the time to schedule arrangements regarding travel. Applicants are encouraged to book refundable airline tickets to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) once the applicant can schedule her STI testing date (typically done in house with a travel nurse).
Deposit (Non-Refundable)
Upon tour schedule finalization, Erotica Sinica will send an invoice to the applicant with a link to pay the non-refundable deposit (determined after the initial interview), securely through Nevada State Bank or another reputable service such as Zelle.
Tour 1: Overview
Meeting: Preparation & Planning
Upon securing the non-refundable deposit, the Erotica Sinica central office will send apprentices a welcome packet with information including a schedule, a syllabus, a directory with contact information, a pay schedule, and a list of provided, required, and recommended supplies.
Transportation, Testing, Licensure
Brothel management will provide transportation for the apprentices from LAS airport to the brothel on the night before in-house STI testing unless other travel arrangements are made. Virtual assistance will be available for filling out licensure applications, and brothel management will welcome the apprentices and provide a tour of the premises. Testing is typically done at around 09:00 (am). As such, Erotica Sinica encourages its apprentices to rest and go to sleep early before testing. The assigned Apprenticeship Mentor will be on-site for testing and orientation. Test results typically are ready within 12 hours and are required prior to applying for licensure. The day after testing, the apprentice will arrange transportation with brothel management to the county sheriff’s office in order to submit the courtesan license application, along with fingerprints and headshot photos.
Erotica Sinica will provide further details to the apprentices regarding transportation, testing procedure, and licensure prior to their arrival.
Orientation
Orientation will begin on the day of testing. The Apprenticeship Mentor will emphasize state and county legislation, screening for sexually transmitted diseases, house rules, house tours, as well as line-up, bar call, and negotiation procedure (catered menus may be created together as the apprentices shall set individual prices). The evening is reserved for rest and preparing the boudoirs.
Observation & Assistance
The first week will rely heavily on observation, with apprentices shadowing their Apprenticeship Mentor. Because apprentices are free to begin working at this time, the Apprenticeship Mentor will assist with health screenings (a.k.a. “dick checks”), house tours, and negotiations.
Practicum
The second week will include a practicum-style opportunity for the Apprenticeship Mentor to observe the apprentices in order to give feedback on negotiations.
Tour 1 Conclusion Interview
After each tour, the Apprenticeship Mentor shall individually interview each apprentice to determine whether both parties would like to proceed with the apprenticeship for a second tour. Whether an apprentice decides to remain at the brothel after the Apprenticeship Mentor’s tour ends is a determination that the apprentice can make during the concluding interview.
Apprenticeship: Tours Two and Three
Ideally, apprentices will continue in the Preparatory Apprenticeship for three tours before transitioning to the Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program. While the first tour provides foundational training and assistance, the second and third tours prioritize maximizing sales prior to receiving the full scope of Erotica Sinica’s support infrastructure, while also preparing the apprentice for the formal program.

Sheena Rheed
Legal Nevada Brothel Courtesan
The Summer of 2025 celebrates Sheena Rheed’s third anniversary of working at Alien Cathouse Brothel in Amargosa Valley, Nevada. Although she initially worked without the benefits of the Erotica Sinica Starlet Training Program, she has—since her enrollment in the program during the Fall of 2022—more than doubled her sales on average and has consistently held the top position of Alien Cathouse’s sales hierarchy for most of the time she has been working there, officially receiving the appellation of “Kitten of the Year” for calendar year 2024.
Prior to her work in the legal brothel system, she taught performing arts courses as a licensed teacher in the United States public school system—often serving on committees for judging competitions—as well as at international schools in Canton Province in the People’s Republic of China. She recently returned from Erotica Sinica’s inaugural summer study abroad program in Peking, where she significantly increased her understanding of the Mandarin language, particularly with regards to that language’s phonetics using the Zhùyīn Fúhào system.
She spends much of her time developing curricula for reading music, and is highly interested in continuing to explore optimized methods to deconstruct complicated concepts into easily understandable and tangible subdivisions—a practice that is directly applicable to the execution of this mentorship program.
Sheena describes her training and instruction style as organized, flexible, patient, swift, as well as bluntly yet constructively critical—attributes that all arise from her highly competitive performance background. Assuredly, she is quick to identify how one might improve a skillset, behavior, or mode of existence, while always providing and being willing to excogitate and cross-examine superior alternatives.
